The Role

Our external client based in Pretoria is looking for a Technical Learning Manager with a CA (SA) qualification. He/She will drive the research, development and delivery of quality, value adding technical training in the organisation.

Skills, Experience & Education
- Minimum qualification of a CA (SA)
- Completed articles (3 years) with 4 years post articles work experience.
- 2 years in a learning and development role
- Experience in the State Owned Entity environment
- Experience with IFRS and taxation
- Experience in research and development of training
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancements of the people development plan.
- Research and implement innovative and best practice to support the learning needs of the auditors in line with the people strategy.
