Planning and coordinating of repair, service, and maintenance jobs for a team of Service Artisans to comply with Caterpillar standards and Customer requirements.
Planning, prioritizing and initiation of jobs.
Assist with achievement of KPI’s.
Ability to apply Warranty policies and procedures.
Resolve internal and external customer queries.
Issuing of job instructions to and dispatch of Artisans.
Arrange appropriate transport.
Control returning of component stands.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12.
Qualified Artisan. [Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g., Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 5 years post-apprentice/learnership experience).
