Technical Support-Importer (Parts Distribution Centre) at Motus Holdings Limited

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Contribute to a 92% first pick ratio at all times. 
• Ensure the accuracy of Supersession, costing group and discount accuracy around Hyundai PDC’s pricing model. 
• Create maintain and develop Hyundai PDC’s KIT processes ensuring master data and pricing accuracy daily, weekly and monthly. 
• Provide supply chain visibility at all times for inbound sea freight ensuring the required flow of stock replenishment is managed in accordance to FIFO principles 
• Controlling and coordinating deliveries pertaining to imported stock orders. 
•  Effective communication to WH on changes to delivery schedule timeously 
• Providing support in Hyundai PDC’s costing methodology for local, importers 
• New Vehicle launches technical parts initial orders and cost matrix in line with business requirements 
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested 
• Liquid capital cost matrix data management and accuracy. 
• Dealer queries support around operational functions providing alternative solutions effectively and timeously. Reporting 
• Lead time report, weekly and monthly SF. 
• First pick – Daily Weekly monthly 
• Delivery Report – Daily, Weekly, Monthly 
• Weekly Volunteric Container utlization 
• All reporting to management and information provided to internal and external customers must be of a high standard at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric, (A must have) 
• Tertiary Education (beneficial) 
• 5 years automotive experience within a technical procurement function/Sales function 
• Electronic Parts Catalogue exposure
