Technical Support Lead at Khonology

PURPOSE STATEMENT

• Technical Team Lead is responsible for leading the team and activities associated with the deployment of code fix and support of applications on both front-end back end in a CIB space.

MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete performance reviews for the team
• Follow up with the team on timesheets and create shifts Roster for the team
• Any other tasks which may be required by the platform lead that are in line with the company's operational setup.
• Review and approve production changes
• Be able to manage a team and coach the junior members when needed
• Assist auditors internal and external with CIB data and processes
• Ability to complete tasks timeously and work until the task is complete
• Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective negotiation between departments.
• Escalation of project risks and issues to management

KNOWLEDGE, ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Leading the team and activities associated with the deployment of code fix and support of applications on both front-end back end in a CIB space.
• Standardization and optimization of technological infrastructures and systems to support operations
• Direction and organization of IT Projects (Identification, prioritization, execution, and delivery)
• Running daily meetings with the Prod team and Business for Progress on Production Issues
• Assigning resources to relevant Projects when needed
• Scheduling and attending monthly progress meeting with Management (Internal and External) for Team Progress and SLA in issues logged by the bank
• College or University degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Azure compliance AZ-104 preferred
• A minimum of 5 years or more Experience in the Financial Industry is non-negotiable
• Vendor engagements
• Strong Understanding of SQL and be able to read and update XML file
• Control-M Knowledge
