Technical Test Analyst at PBT Group

• You’ll be the glue between business analysts, developers, and project managers — translating requirements into bulletproof test strategies and ensuring every release is rock-solid.
• Design and execute manual and automated tests across the SDLC
• Build intelligent test cases using XRAY
• Identify automation opportunities and own regression packs
• Maintain test data across environments
• Run backend tests with complex SQL queries
• Test APIs using SOAPUI or Bruno
• Perform non-functional testing and cross-browser validation
• Log and manage defects in JIRA
• Share knowledge, mentor peers, and lead by example
• Be a key voice in scrum ceremonies and daily stand-ups

What You Bring

You’re not just technically sharp — you’re a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and a natural leader.

• 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• ISTQB Certification (bonus points!)
• Experience with Java (TestNG), Selenium, Git, JMeter, Eclipse, Maven
• Strong SQL skills and API testing experience
• Proven track record in both manual and automated testing
• Familiarity with QC/ALM, JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure
• Ownership mindset and a passion for quality
