    Technical Training Facilitator (Mpumalanga - Secunda)

    Description

    • Understand and implement the unit operations plan by reviewing activities, projects, and performance measures, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring implementation daily.
    • Track and report on performance by monitoring progress against targets, identifying concerns, and submitting reports quarterly and as required.
    • Comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge, attending training, and resolving queries daily and as required.
    • Comply with processes by staying informed on procedures, applying them correctly, and addressing concerns daily
    • Determine business training needs by engaging stakeholders, identifying skill gaps, and developing structured training programs aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards.
    • Coordinate and implement technical training by collaborating with departments, developing training materials, scheduling sessions, and ensuring relevance to operational requirements.
    • Implement expenditure within budget by understanding budget components and approving spending in line with policy on a monthly basis.
    • Monitor expenditure against budget by reviewing financial reports, comparing actuals to budget, addressing anomalies, and applying corrective action monthly.
    • Manage SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) by ensuring comprehensive training is delivered, programs are completed, and any gaps or noncompliance identified during training are addressed promptly.
    • Monitor SHE by setting clear monitoring standards, completing all required activities on time, and resolving identified issues within deadlines.
    • Maintain stakeholder relationships by liaising with key internal and external parties, providing and receiving feedback, and collaborating as needed.
    • Maintain relationships with service providers by understanding required service levels, monitoring delivery against standards, identifying concerns, and implementing corrective actions monthly and as required
    • Contribute to the team by participating in team events, identifying support needs, offering assistance, and actively engaging with team members daily. 
    • Implement self-development activities by identifying development areas, sourcing capacity-building opportunities, obtaining approval, and successfully completing the activities. 
    • Contribute to the organisation by participating in company events, supporting organisational initiatives, and consistently demonstrating Enaex values.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
    • ETDP Certificate or similar
    • 5+ years' experience in Learning and Development in Chemical Operations environment.
    • NQF L4 Chemical Operations Qualification
    • Assessor and Moderator will be advantageous
