    Technical Writer


    As a Technical Writer, you will join our Product Team and act as a major proponent for developing content that helps our stakeholders implement and administer our product in the best way possible. You will work side-by-side with our Engineering & Product Management, Marketing, Sales teams to ensure that every new feature is supported by clear instructional content and every stakeholder has the documentation they need to successfully use our product.

    You will act as a promoter to develop and mature our current technical documentation, and bring new ideas that will allow us to scale our documentation offerings. You will deliver substantial types of content which include our Administration and Implementation Guide, Developer Guides, API Documentation, User Guides, Process Diagrams, Security Documentation, In-App Help, and more.


    • You will create different types of content for a diverse set of users including administrators, developers, implementation partners, and end-users

    • Discuss technical details and architecture with engineers and product managers

    • You will review and validate content with the Product team members with a strong ability to take feedback and iterate quickly to reach a quality piece of content

    • Modify the technical documentation based on the feedback gathered from peers, customer support, client etc

    • Create process diagrams and illustrations

    • Define and drive adoption of a standardized content creation processes and workflow that ensures new features have supporting content their first day of launch

    • Work with minimal supervision and be seen as a respected driver of change who has the know-how to improve our documentation

    • Apply excellent writing and proof-reading skills (any additional languages, except English is a plus)

    • Review warning messages, labels, help text ,etc. in our software product and provide messages for our users

    • Establish guidelines and best practices for documentation

    • Review, restructure and improve the existing documentation

    • You will be mapping technical software feature updates needed in the products’ documentation

    • You will serve as a proxy between our developers, product managers, and product users

    • Follow the internal style guides, terminology and standards for the technical documentation and strive to improve them

    • You will make sure that timing around new feature announcement and feature deprecation to be communicated ahead of time for end user readiness in cooperation with product marketing


    • Bachelor’s Degree in software technologies or related field

    • 3+ years’ experience in technical documentation for enterprise software

    • 3+ years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle for an enterprise focused software solution

    • Experience writing clear and concise procedural, conceptual, and reference documentation for a technical audience

    • Ability to contribute to complex technical documents including feature descriptions, customer use cases, and release notes using industry best practices

    • You must be able to work with Leadership; taking direction from multiple sources and compiling data that meets all requirements

    • Experience and comfort with agile development methodologies and fast delivery

    • Written and verbal fluency in the English language

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

    • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-use instructions

    • Keen attention to details

    • Adaptable to changes

    • Ability to work with tools like: JIRA, Zendesk, GSuite, MS Office Suite

    • Ability to retain and protect classified material

    • Strong research skills

    • Enjoy learning and helping others learn
