To thrive in this role, you are required to hold a National Certificate in Medical Technology (Clinical Pathology) with HPCSA registration as a Medical Technician, or a National Diploma in Medical Technology / BHSc MLS with HPCSA registration as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist. These qualifications ensure you are equipped with the foundational knowledge and professional standing to deliver confidently in a dynamic laboratory environment.
You bring 0 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar pathology environment. This experience enables you to navigate the laboratory with confidence, contribute meaningfully from day one, and grow within a culture that values continuous learning and leadership accountability.

Success in this role is built on a strong foundation of essential skills. You are fluent in English and Afrikaans, both written and spoken, and possess basic typing and computer literacy to manage digital workflows efficiently.
