Role Requirements

• To thrive in this role, you are required to hold a National Certificate in Medical Technology (Heamatology) with HPCSA registration as a Medical Technician, or a National Diploma in Medical Technology / BHSc MLS with HPCSA registration as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• These qualifications ensure you are equipped with the foundational knowledge and professional standing to deliver confidently in a dynamic laboratory environment. You bring 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar pathology environment. This experience enables you to navigate the laboratory with confidence, contribute meaningfully from day one, and grow within a culture that values continuous learning and leadership accountability.

You are fluent in English and Afrikaans, both written and spoken, and possess basic typing and computer literacy to manage digital workflows efficiently.
