Technology/Domain Specialist (C#) at Expleo Group

Position Overview: 

• The Technology/Domain Specialist is responsible for actively owning and being accountable for the overall evolution of multiple technology or domain assets. This role involves influencing and maintaining the health of these assets while playing a leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in C# and the .Net Framework, web development, Dynamics 365, and other related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Actively own and manage the evolution of multiple technology or domain assets. 
• Ensure the health and performance of these assets align with organizational goals. 
• Provide strategic direction for asset development and maintenance. 
• Play a leadership role in projects and initiatives. 
• Mentor and guide junior team members. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .Net Framework. 
• Engage in web development utilizing JavaScript and web services. 
• Develop solutions in Dynamics 365, including configuration, workflow, and plug-in development. 
• Utilize Power BI or SSRS, OData, and FetchXML for data reporting and analysis. 
• Design, architect, and build effective solutions according to industry best practices. 
• Participate in the full systems development life cycle for business application development projects.
• Estimate application design/development work and create application technical standards and documentation.
• Research alternative technologies, tools, and techniques to solve business problems with application solutions.
• Migrate data from legacy CRM implementations to Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 

Essential Skills

• Over 5 years of experience working with C# and the .Net Framework. 
• Senior Design and Development experience with D365. 
• Extensive web development experience with JavaScript and web services. 
• Over 2 years of experience developing solutions in Dynamics 365, including configuration, workflow, and plug-in development. 
• Solid experience designing, architecting, and building effective solutions according to industry best practices. 
• Experience with the full systems development life cycle for business application development projects. 
• Proven ability to estimate application design/development work and create application technical standards and documentation. 
• Experience migrating data from legacy CRM implementations to Dynamics 365 is preferred. 
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts appropriately to the audience's level. 
• Self-motivated in researching alternative technologies, tools, and techniques to solve business problems with application solutions. 

Desired Skills

• Experience with Power BI or SSRS, OData, and FetchXML is a plus.
