You Bring:

• 5 years SQL, ETL experience 
• 3 - 5 years software development and ETI experience. 
• Experience in building and supporting data integration and ETL solutions.
• Experience working with reporting and analytics platforms, such as Power BI.
• Exposure to API integrations and automation solutions, API consumptions and integrations. 
• SQL and database development with experience in data modelling and data transformation. 
• Strong working knowledge with ETL development and data pipeline creation.
• SQL, C#, .Net development
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, Data Science or related field. 

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Operational

Data Integration and ETL

• Design, develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Monitor data quality, integrity and consistency. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues.
• Document ETL processes and data mappings. 

Database Development and Business Intelligence Reporting

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scripts. 
• Support database maintenance and performance tuning. 
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Assist with data modelling and database design initiatives.

Systems Integration and Automation

• Integrate business systems using APIs and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and business processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through technology.
• Support low-code/no-code solutions such and Power Platform where applicable. 

Marketing Technology Support

• Support marketing systems, platforms, and campaign data requirements. 
• Assist with customer data management and campaign reporting.
• Build and maintain data collection solutions such as forms and surveys.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through accurate and accessible information. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to backend development and the iGaming sector. 
• Manage and integrate third-party data sources, APIs and vendor platforms to support marketing analytics, reporting and business operations. 
• Ensure the quality, integrity, security, and effective utilization of external data across business solutions. 

Solution Development 

• Development and enhance software applications and business solutions. 
• Participate in solution design and technical architecture discussions. 
• Review code and ensure adherence to development standards. 
• Deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• translate business needs into technical solutions. 
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations. 
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users. 
• Collaborate closely with fronted developers, product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions end-to-end. 

Support and Continuous Improvement 

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. 
• Provide support for deployed solutions and systems. 
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 
• Any ad-hoc development and solutions-based tasks that may arise. 
• Continuous fault checking in order to reduce dependency.
