    Telemarketer

    • Eatfresh is seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to join our Sales team. This role is critical in generating leads and securing catering contracts, as well as promoting large corporate functions. If you are persuasive, target-driven, and passionate about client engagement, we want to hear from you

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Generate leads for catering contracts through proactive telemarketing and cold calling.
    • Promote Eatfresh catering solutions to corporate clients and convert leads into confirmed business.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating large catering functions sold to clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales performance.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Assist with Tender applications

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
    • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
    • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

    Qualifications    

    • Matric (Grade 12) required.
    • Previous telemarketing or sales experience advantageous.
    • Familiarity with catering or hospitality industry preferred.
