Telesales Consultants - Worcester at Dis-Chem Pharmacies

Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires a Telesales Consultant for their Worcester region. The main purpose of this position is to provide the Distribution Centre services by calling relevant stakeholders and processing orders and other related queries in accordance with CJ Distribution operational guidelines and regulatory requirements of the Good Warehouse Practice principles.

Minimum Requirements:
Essential:

• Grade 12 – Matric or a Senior Certificate
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Telesales

Advantageous:

• Relevant Customer Service Qualification
• Similar experience in a pharmaceutical environment

Job Description:

• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Provide the client with the necessary documentation to resolve the client’s request
• Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone
• Commit to high levels of customer service and consistent positive action with existing clients to create customer loyalty
• Respond to customers queries promptly
• Use proper telephone etiquette when speaking with stakeholders over the phone
• Provide information that stakeholders might need as a CJ customer

Essential:

• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. POSITILL
• Sound Knowledge of Telesales in a pharmaceutical environment
• Addresses customer questions in a timely manner
• Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight
