Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Personal Assistants for weekly payment requests.
Prepare and review weekly payment schedules and supplier reconciliations.
Maintain financial records using Pastel Partner accounting software.
Process and reconcile customer, supplier, bank, and bond facility accounts.
Balance inter-company loan accounts and address discrepancies.
Assist with month-end procedures and raise necessary journals.
Prepare monthly payroll schedules and payslips.
Manage insurance tasks, including claims and broker correspondence.
Support property management activities, including tenant communication.
Perform general administrative tasks, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
Collaborate with the Financial Manager to ensure high standards and process improvements.
Essential Skills & Criteria
Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Pastel experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and take initiative.
