Job Description

• Products & Processes - Execute quality inspection and test plans▪ Dispositioning of off-standard products▪ Implement, maintain process controls and traceability (SFI)▪ Monitoring of products/processes and advise production of any adverse changes in quality▪ Analyze product/process characteristic data ▪ Implement & monitor corrective actions
• Reports - SPC and DATA analysis▪ Quality performance of product & process▪ Corrective/Preventative Action
• ESH - Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls▪ Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties▪ Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards▪ Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
• Audits - Daily monitoring of product/process characteristics
• Documents - Archiving of quality reports/records▪ Implementation of quality documentation (SOP's, Work Instructions, Control Plans)
• Advice - Provide guidance on the Company's Quality Management Systems to Production personnel▪ Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product/process supply & conformity and traceability. 

Qualifications

• Polymer Technology/ Engineering or related qualification
