Territory Sales Manager, Industrial Sales, Gauteng - (30006944) at Ansell

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyze, formulate, and implement Ansell’s end-user and distributors’ business to reach targeted revenue
• Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansell’s business
• Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies
• Prepare sales plans and goals
• Establish and maintain partnerships with customers and colleagues
• Monitor performance of distribution partners to increase profitability
• Train distributor teams in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes
• Guide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell’s marketing and sales programs
• Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts. 

What will you bring to Ansell? 

• Demonstrated selling/channel experience in consultative selling
• Expert analytical skills in managing data across multiple sources
• Budget and reporting experience
• Know-how to solve complex product problems with clear solutions
• Knowledge of distribution networks a plus
• Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
• This role requires frequent domestic travel (approx. 50-75%)
• Experience in the PPE industry is advantageous.
