    Total Rewards Senior Manager EMEA

    What will you do

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • The Total Rewards Leader EMEA is responsible for the compensation and benefits strategy and design for assigned cluster of countries.
    • Provide strategic business support and implement solutions enabling the business to achieve its organization, talent, and growth objectives.
    • Provide compensation and benefits leadership for a cluster of EMEA countries including, but not limited to, local compensation and benefits program design and implementation, health and welfare, perks, leaves, disability, and broad base compensation including restructurings, retention, year-round compensation planning, and job leveling.
    • Represent the Company in external forums that aim at benchmarking talent practices and shaping the competitive talent landscape.
    • Partner with business leaders, Human Resources (HR), and Global Services to develop and deploy total reward solutions that drive outcomes for the business and are linked to the New Consumer Health Company's overall Total Rewards strategy.
    • Provide proactive and strategic business support by understanding key business challenges and opportunities and proactively providing solutions to enable the EMEA region to achieve it’s growth objectives.
    • Lead change and communication strategies for our rewards programs that are tailored to the HR community, leadership, and employees.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications - External

    Required: 

    • A  minimum of a Bachelor’s degree 
    • A minimum of 10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience specifically with compensation, benefits, and pensions and the design, implementation, and/or management of Total Rewards programs and processes 
    • A minimum of 3 years of people management experience 
    • The ability to operate as an agile leader with understanding and appreciation for regional and country differences 
    • Strong influence leadership skills in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment 
    • Experienced in shaping solutions with strong communication and collaboration skills 
    • Relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills with leaders at all levels 
    • Experience developing strategies, in alignment with functional HR strategy, to execute and ensure the availability of resources and the best quality service 
    • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities along with formal presentation and facilitation skills 
    • Must be able to maintain confidential information 

    Preferred:

    • Healthcare or related industry experience 
    • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist or a similar certification 
    • Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
