A well-established and growing professional services firm is looking for an experienced Tracing Agent to join their team in Sandton.
This is a specialised tracing position focused on locating and verifying debtors using credit bureau information, tracing platforms, investigative tools and other available data sources.
This is NOT a general Call Centre or Collections position.
Minimum Requirements
2–3 years’ dedicated tracing experience
Proven experience in debtor tracing / skip tracing
Experience tracing individuals and/or businesses
Hands-on experience working with credit bureau information and tracing databases
Experience using CPB, XDS and other credit bureau / tracing platforms
Experience with ITC / credit bureau searches
Ability to interpret and analyse credit bureau information
Experience tracing addresses, contact details, employment and other relevant information
Strong investigative and research skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet tracing targets
