    Trackless Foreman (C5)

     Work Output Description

    Ensure safe, efficient and productive engineering maintenance through the supervision and inspection of subordinate’s daily activities, the overseeing of labour and machinery in the section as well as managing the area to obtain optimum machine and equipment performance and engineering availability while achieving production targets.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12/Matric Certificate or NQF4 Equivalent
    • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Foreman certificate (Law and Standards)
    • Trade Certificate/Certificate of Competence level 3 (Electrical/Mechanical)
    • 3 Years Post Trade Mining Experience (Trackless)

    Advantageous

    • 1 Year Supervisory Experience
    • 3 Years Trackless Mining (Underground) Experience

    • Interpersonal and Communication Skills
    • Problem Solving Skills
    • Time Management Skills
    • Conflict Management Skills

    Physical/Legal Requirements

    • Clear Credit / Criminal Record
    • Fit for Duty / Certificate of Fitness
    • Valid Driver’s licence
