Tractor Driver- Safety and Community Services at Drakenstein Municipality

JOB PURPOSE:

• Drive a tractor with trailer in order to cut grass at sport grounds (soccer, cricket, hockey, rugby, etc.), remove rubble, and transport workers to and from sites to ensure that sport grounds are kept neat, tidy and ready for use.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:

• Grade 10, and basic literacy

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Code C1 driver’s licence
• Professional drivers permit (PDP)
• Managerial and supervisory skills
• High level of responsibility
• Ability to give attention to detail
• Good human relations and interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years relevant experience
