We are looking for a Trainee Process Clerk to join our team!
As a Trainee Process Clerk, you'll handle orders, manage deliveries, process documents, and ensure smooth store operations. Fluency in English and Afrikaans, along with admin experience and Excel skills, is essential. If you're a quick learner with strong admin skills, apply now!
What you'll do
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Inputting and managing orders from stores
- Receiving deliveries from suppliers at the store
- Processing Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs), invoices, and credit notes
- Compiling and sending weekly reconciliations to the Finance department
- Completing various administrative duties in the store, including filing documents
- Addressing and resolving any issues or questions that arise
- Being available to work Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays
- Ensuring all daily store processes are executed smoothly and efficiently
- Understanding and controlling store expenses according to the budget
- Overseeing the cash bank operations
