Training and Development Facilitator at Cloud Direct

• As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator to help nurture and empower our talent. • As our L&D Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the learning journey for our employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage impactful training programs that support compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic skill development needs. From onboarding to ongoing professional development, you will ensure that every team member has the skills they need to succeed and grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (Higher Certificate or Degree preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in training or development, ideally in a tech or managed services environment. Experience with cloud and tech certifications, including Microsoft Azure.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft certifications and partner programs (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet). Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GDPR) in MSP environments.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple certification programs.
