Training and Development Manager at MAHLE

Your Role & Responsibilities

The main duties of this position will include:

• Design, Develop and implement training programs and workshops based on organizational needs.
• Lead, monitor and develop training team
• Succession Planning and talent development (skills gap analysis)
• Employment Equity & BBBEE Requirements and Strategy
• Project Management – Lead, drive and monitor projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Human Resources Management / Training / OD-ETDP or other related field
• Skills Development Facilitator
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a leadership role within the training and development function
• Accredited Assessor / Moderator
• At least 3 years Project Management experience.
• Experience in BBBEE with regards to skills development

Preferred Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience of working in a unionized environment.
