Manage the development and maintenance of training documentation for Somerset West and Wellington manufacturing sites.
Manage the execution of training at Somerset West and Wellington manufacturing sites.
Manage RDM Academy’s skills training programmes for RDM personnel and clients.
Manage the development and execution of training projects for international clients.
Manage the training budget for training in Somerset West and Wellington.
Assessing of training personnel performance, creating tailored development plans, to enhance training personnel skills, performance and training standards
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
NQF 7 in Explosives Management or equivalent qualification.
ETD practitioner qualifications with proven experience as a Training Facilitator and/or Assessor would be advantageous (Statement of results from ETDP SETA).
Qualifications and/or short courses in Explosives and Ammunition will be advantageous.
At least 5 years’ experience within the training or explosives environment.
Experience in the manufacturing of explosives and ammunition, preferably in a supervisory role, will be advantageous.
Experience in compilation and development of training and technical documentation and material will be advantageous.
Advanced computer skills, with at least 5 years’ experience using Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license.
Written and verbal English Communication proficiency required.
