Training Officer - Opencast at Glencore

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Scheduling, facilitating and presenting opencast machine training interventions.
• Conducting formative and summative assessments of learners’ competency.
• Identifying training needs and liaising with customers.
• Maintaining and compiling training records and reports.
• Conducting simulator training on various opencast machine types.
