Transfer Secretary (Normal, Deceased Estates Drafting) at Kelly

The Role

We're seeking a Legal Transfer Secretary (experienced on a junior-to-mid level) in the Bedfordview area on a long-term contract basis, to assist with Transfers drafting.

N.B. This role is contract-based and not permanent. We're seeking the successful incumbent to start ASAP. Current, permanently employed candidates need not apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Legal Transfer Secretary will be tasked with processing of normal Estates and drafting of transfer documents for Deceased Estates. Previous exposure to Bonds and related work is preferred.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Matric
• Minimum of 2 years' as a Transfer Secretary
• Exposure to Deceased Estate transfers is essential
• Exposure to Bonds is strongly preferred
• Must be Unemployed & Available immediately (or with a week max.)
• Reside in the Johannesburg area with access to Bedfordview

Package & Remuneration:

• Salary is dependent on experience (between R12 000 and R16 000, slightly neg.)
