Main Purpose of Job

The team creates extraordinary opportunities to develop skills beyond the traditional audit career path while drawing on the technical skills gained through your training contract. It gives members the opportunity to work with crossfunctional teams across the Africa member firm and be directly involved in delivering on the strategic goals of the firm.

As a Transformation Manager, your role will primarily focus on the following:

•          Working on Global Projects
•          Predeployment activities to get the business ready for changes to come
•          Deployment initiatives
•          Strategy & Business support
•          Working with multiple teams in the Listed and Private space
•          Subject Matter experts on the Global tools and methodology
•          Building a network of key relationships across Africa and
•          A small audit portfolio (12 engagements depending on size)

Mission: To develop highperforming people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client services.

The Transformation manager plays a vital role as we move forward in an increasingly digital world. This role will allow you to act as a key intermediary who can reconcile business and IT and forge a strong and lasting partnership that delivers real value to the organization.

As a result, we are looking for a flexible candidate who is prepared to operate in any of the above areas as the need arises given the constant changes that occur and someone that is agile, comfortable with change & defining their own structure within the team.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience 

•  Minimum Qualifications  Honours BCom Accounting, Registered CA (SA)
•  Minimum 13 years working experience
