You will

• Elaborate the arrival/departure schedules and submit it to the Front Desk Manager for validation
• Organize the welcome and transfer procedures of our clients and relay the information to rest of the village
• Welcome the clients as they arrive and assist them for their departure
• Be in relation with the airport authorities (customs, police…), airplane companies and the local travel agencies
• Draft of all transfers, dispatch to the providers and do the follow up of the invoices
• Treat the comments and specific requests of our clients (luggages, flight changes …)
• Applicate Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
• Accompany and train the receptionists in their daily tasks
