Trauma Sales Representative - Medical at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to maximize opportunities.
• Engage with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities.
• Assist in theatre when required and support healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events as needed.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trauma/Orthopaedics, Medical Devices, or related fields.
• Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet targets.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in operating room environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on-call hours, including weekends and holidays.
