Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily capturing and processing of bank statements for all entities (SA, TZ, ZAM, MOZ)
• Weekly (and ad-hoc) capturing and processing of payments for all entities
• Preparation of all daily & monthly bank reconciliations for all entities
• Responsible for Weekly Cash Flow Reporting & the management thereof.
• Preparing BOP forms for all international inward & outward transactions.
• Responsible for analysis of Bank Accounts & sweeping thereof.
• Capturing all journals related to the various cashbooks accounts.
• Liaising with banks on all administrative matters eg. new users, limits, etc
• Design and implement a plan to move the department to a full treasury function

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with multiple currencies essential
• BCom degree in Accounting/Finance / Relevant Accounting education
• Proven work experience in this role of 3+ years
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
• 2+ years experience managing/supervising a team

Hours & Benefits

• Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays (8-12)
