Universal Banker (Level 1) - Bethlehem

- Qualification Matric , National Certificate (NCV)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- To perform any Universal Banking functions as required as part of a learnership programme, which could include inbound and outbound sales and service functionality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualification:
- Matric coupled with a completed FAIS qualification (at least NQF Level 5)
Experience Required:
- RE 5 - advantageous
- 2 - 3 years' customer service experience in banking/insurance/financial services/client services environment
- 1 year experience in sales
