What will you do in the role?
As part of the Schools Acquisition Team, you will support our relationships with global graduate schools as well as higher education contacts across the sector. You will enable dynamic market responses, internal project completion, and overall growth positioning for the company. You will report into the University Relations Manager to ensure that a holistic view of the market remains fully supported and integrated into the overall communication and growth plan for the company.
What are some of the responsibilities of this role?
Aiding to increase student applications started via the university channels
Oversee Prodigy Finance’s CRM system & upkeep, with a directive to improve the scaled work with 800+ supported graduate schools, 2,300 current contacts, and the many more the company will build to engage
Support overall Financial Aid & Enrollment communication plan, as lead by the University Relations Manager
Be the point of contact and improvement for University Relations’ main organizational tools
Be the course inventory specialist, continually helping prioritize & optimize how the School’s Team open, then notify students of new offerings
Create and manage a system of harvesting anecdotes and financial aid learnings from the Schools Team
Own annual university audits on seasonal topics such as university Requests for Information (RFIs) and Prodigy Finance website positioning with our universities
Develop inclusive Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) to bridge gaps with Customer Success, migrating school knowledge and positioning to a permanent home on Prodigy’s internal knowledge base
Be the Higher Ed logistics liaison: in touch with key associations, organizes engagement, swag & follow up at conferences
Usher in a more holistic view of how we engage prospective schools and administrators, bridging the space between cold leads and longer term company growth work

Independent: a self-starter, who when fully onboarded, is able to take loose direction and scope a preliminary plan of attack to share with the University Relations Manager
Qualifications and experience
Passion for Prodigy Finance’s mission: an unquenchable thirst to help fuel our measurable human impact via our university channel
An undergraduate degree
A minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a fast paced entity
Nice To Have (we’ll trade off if everything else fits):
Experience at an edtech company
Awareness of the higher education context in North America and/or Europe (academic calendar, enrollment, or financial aid)
