    Used Vehicle Sales Executive (VR 36)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sell and market pre-owned vehicles, including active promotion on social media platforms.
    • Achieve a minimum target of 6 vehicles per month.
    • Follow up on all leads immediately and load them onto the DMS system.
    • Provide daily feedback on leads to management.
    • Qualify buyers by understanding their needs and matching suitable vehicles.
    • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives in accordance with security procedures.
    • Structure and finalize sales agreements, including CPA contracts and finance documentation.
    • Ensure full compliance with TCF, CPA, NCA, FICA, FAIS, and POPI legislation.
    • Inform clients of required FICA documentation for finance or rental finalization.
    • Ensure no vehicle is released without confirmed payment, signed documentation, and finance approval.
    • Complete all deal files accurately with supporting documentation and proof of payment.
    • Maintain and update customer database and conduct follow-ups every 3 months.
    • Maintain professional presentation of vehicles and showroom floor.
    • Assist clients with ALL sales applications to ensure full completion.
    • Ensure correct verification procedures for EFT, debit, and credit card payments.
    • Maintain excellent customer service and handle client concerns effectively.

    Job Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in vehicle sales within the motor industry.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Basic computer literacy (email, reports, administration).
    • Experience working on a Dealer Management System (DMS).
    • Strong administrative and numerical skills.
    • Ability to structure sales agreements and qualify clients correctly.
    • Basic understanding of vehicle depreciation, equity, and values.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
    • Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
    • Own reliable transport.
