Used Vehicle Sales Manager - Hyundai SA - Boksburg at Motus Holdings Limited

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for pre-owned vehicles
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
• Conduct test drives and showcase vehicles to potential customers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market
• Work closely with the finance and insurance team to facilitate the sales process and ensure smooth transactions for customers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, specifically within the pre-owned vehicle market
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of financing and insurance options for vehicle sales is advantageous
