User Interface Designer at Tecbot

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team at Tecbot. We are a digital solutions provider that specializes in delivering a wide range of bespoke business solutions to our clients. We love creating forward-thinking, portfolio-worthy products that our users love to use! We do not think of ourselves as a development house, but a tech partner for our clients. 

You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience to our user base. We want someone who has a passion for creating beautiful digital products while simultaneously understanding how to use those designs to engage with users and guide a user through a desired journey. We want something who thinks out the box and can create unique digital experiences that are aesthetically pleasing, show creative thought, and add value to the user experience. 

You will mostly be working on the following products: Websites, Web Apps, Ecommerce Stores and Native Mobile Applications. We are open and flexible to working with a wide range of tools that you are familiar with or would like us to work with. We are looking for someone who can handle the entire design process of small-medium sized projects from start to finish. 

Desired Skills/Expertise: 

• Translate user behavior and research into actionable data.
• Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and create mockups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile.
• Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.
• Rapid design and testing methodology.
• Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to the rest of the team and upper management.
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Ability to handle basic client communication and content curation. 
• Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
