Responsibilities:

• Working collaboratively with the team to better understand customers' needs through analytics, research and direct observation
• Making customer-driven recommendations to improve the overall user experience
• Analyzing results of research to recommend solutions
• Working with senior designers to develop product concepts and product designs while following design best practices
• Creating original design assets and introduces new design patterns and guidelines in line with overall styles
• Representing the user’s point of view and impact of design decisions and feature prioritization on them
• Ensuring work is tested with users, collaborating with other functions as needed
• Iterating research methods and work based on testing and data analysis
• Understanding the nuances of designing for different platforms and using data to establish key metrics for projects
• Proposing solutions when faced with a new design problems

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree
• Have substantial experience in a UX design role
• Be able to show the ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design, both verbally and visually
• Be keen to develop your own skills and knowledge, and learn new tools and technologies
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build successful and collaborative relationships
• Have a great working knowledge of User design software (Axure, Sketch, Invsion)
• Have good interaction design skills and attention to detail
