UI Designer Mid Level

We are looking for a UX Designer to design intuitive interfaces, wireframes, user journey maps and platforms that meet digital user needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience while collaborating with the strategy, creative, development and data teams.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve technical problems across various digital platforms. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Ultimately, you will make our clients products more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Develop user journey and touchpoint maps
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• Promote usability best practices
• Present complex work to clients with clarity

Software Requirements

The ideal candidate would have the following software experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Proficient in Adobe XD
• Knowledge of some SEO principles
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
