    UX Team Lead

    Why we need you

    • The purpose of the UX Team Lead role is to provide leadership and direction to the UX design team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional user-centric digital experiences across all platforms and products. The candidate should facilitate good design practices and remove blockers for the team, while also enabling a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Leadership & Management:
    • Mentor, guide, and develop a team of UX designers.
    • Mentor, guide, and develop graduates placed in the UX team.
    • Oversee resource allocation, task delegation, and project timelines.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

    Strategy & Vision:

    • Define and drive UX strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Keep abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the team's methods are current.

    Design Oversight:

    • Review and provide feedback on design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
    • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and design systems across products.
    • Own quality and velocity of the design team’s output.

    User Research:

    • Advocate for and integrate user research into the design process.
    • Interpret user feedback and analytics data to inform design decisions.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Communicate design decisions and rationales to stakeholders.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration across departments.

    Process Enhancement:

    • Continuously refine and enhance design processes, tools, and standards.
    • Implement design processes that align with the SDLC.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

    • Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
    • The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
    • 2+ years of digital design experience in a corporate environment.2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
    • Demonstrates consistent behavior aligned to the Organizational Culture
    • Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
    • It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
    • 12 Months experience with iGaming products.
    • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
    • Understanding of the current business strategies.
    • Experience working with cross functional teams.
    • Experience building and implementing design systems.
