UX/UI Designer/ Full-Time Designer Role at Company Partners (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• UX / UI Design diploma / degree (NQF level 5 or higher)
• 8+ years proven experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Be able to apply sound strategic thinking to conceptually create and develop solutions to modern design problems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX / UI strategies with business objectives.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX) Design

• Lead the UX design of our new workflow system to ensure it is intuitive and efficient for end-users.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

User Interface (UI) Design

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for the new workflow system.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and refine the UI designs.

Website Wireframe Designs

• Develop wireframes and prototypes for web projects to ensure clear user journeys.
• Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align designs with business goals.

Logo and Branding Designs

• Create impactful logos and visual identities for clients.
• Maintain and enhance our corporate identity with brand consistency across all design outputs.
