• Lexdan Select is assisting an NPO in the Property Management sector with their search for a Village Manager, based in West of Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Experience in the similar environment will be advantageous
• Own vehicle and Valid Driver's licence

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support village staff to deliver exceptional resident services.
• Manage daily operations, budgets, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee office administration, including records management and resident communications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
