Vision 2040 Manager: Information And Knowledge Management
Post-graduate qualification in information, knowledge management, communication, environmental information management, environmental sciences, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in information management relating to environmental/biodiversity conservation.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with experience in managing communication and stakeholder relations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and provide solutions.
Experience in information and knowledge management for landscape-level conservation initiatives
Proficiency in project management software and systems for tracking progress and reporting.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities
Develop and implement an information and knowledge management system outlining how information and knowledge will be created, utilized, shared, stored, and disseminated in support of the achievement of Vision 2040.
Manage systematic identification, acquisition, organization, storage, retrieval, sharing, and utilization of information and knowledge to support decision-making for Vision 2040 implementation.
Conduct needs assessment to identify information and knowledge management requirements including document management, knowledge bases, and collaborative platforms.
Generation of knowledge through research and innovation.
Documentation of the Vision 2040 process and approach, as well as explore a system of storing this knowledge and information in a manner that makes it accessible and usable, within the ambit of relevant legislative prescripts.
Sharing knowledge across the organization and with external stakeholders.
Advise on the application of knowledge to improve decision-making, innovation, and organizational performance.
Identifying information knowledge needs and assessing information and knowledge quality for accuracy and completeness.
Develop tools for storing, managing, and retrieving documents.
Identify platforms for storing, managing,g and retrieving documents.
Assess the effectiveness of information and knowledge areas of improvement.
