What You'll Do:

• Design and implement captivating, brand-aligned visual displays across all stores.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align displays with promotions and product strategies.
• Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to optimise product placement and visual strategies.
• Support store teams with display plans, guidelines, and hands-on training.
• Drive VM standards and lead special projects such as expos and seasonal campaigns.
• Champion customer-centric principles in all VM executions.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years’ experience in retail visual merchandising, interior decorating or similar.
• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to sketch and visualise layouts.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of design software is a plus.
• High energy, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License
