Visual Solutions Specialist at DMX

The VISUAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST is responsible for but not limited to –

• Prepare and cost all sales proposals in line with concepts
• Source leads
• Drive sales process incl. existing contact base and access to the DMX base (in co-operation with DMX)
• Conclude sales
• Market the business and product offering (website, SEO, social media, print etc)
• Manage the technical requirements for each installation
• Manage service calls
• Train sales staff on LED screen sales
• Design and layout of all digital concepts (this includes visuals to show customers)
• Oversee all digital installations
• Source good quality solutions and products (LED, digital shelve strips, transparent displays etc.)
• Import all digital equipment
• Design all custom steel work required
• Digital strategy to increase RMR
• Digital concepts pricing for team
• Grow product offering for the business
• Work with Sales Team to conclude sales
• Design back-end solutions for concepts including CMS, Technical Drawings for fabricators

EDUCATION

• Matric
• 5 years + Solid Solutions selling Experience 
• Excellent balance of consultative sales ability and closing skills
• Visual Merchandising background
• Experience of using LED and Visual Solutions 
• Business Degree / Diploma advantageous
• Project Management or related

• Visual Merchandising skillset required
• Understanding of retail and needs of retail
• Understand and able to put concepts together including design thereof for client spaces
• Able to design visual solutions
• Manage technical requirements for each concept and design
• Design and layout of all digital concepts
• Sound knowledge of LED solutions, video walls, screens etc. – technical as well as concepts
• Ability to liaise/negotiate to at C-Suite level
• Work effectively with client base to understand client needs and present DMX solutions.
• Ability to act as the primary liaison between operational groups and the client.
• Ability to quickly adopt processes, procedures and implement
