    Vodacom Group Diversity and Inclusion Lead

    Role Purpose

    • Embedding Inclusive practice and leadership into the employee life cycle of Vodacom so that we are truly an organisation within which everyone can thrive.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Key accountabilities and decision ownership
    • Lead the development of embedding inclusion into all aspects of the employee life in line with Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy
    • Collaborate closely with the key stakeholders to provide Diversity and Inclusion thought leadership and support; ensuring Vodafone is place where everyone can be themselves and belong.
    • Conduct data analysis in partnership with the wider team, Data Analytics team and the inclusion leads, to identify trends and provide recommendations to address gaps
    • Collaborate across the HR recruitment communities to ensure that we attract, develop and retain global talent, reflective of the diversity of the customers and communities that we serve.
    • Support Regional Head of Inclusion & Culture as appropriate
    • Work closely with the Global D&I team and International Network Leads to ensure Vodacom Group is delivering global initiatives to support the D&I agenda i.e. Pride, Women’s Network
    • Support senior stakeholders across the business in their knowledge and awareness D&I and provide support and expertise with Communications team to ensure D&I is widely publicised in the correct manner.
    • Create and Implement the Group D&I Dashboard

    Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma.
    • Honours Degree preferable.

    Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

    • Strong experience in D&I and design and delivery of impactful programmes and interventions at both systemic and behavioural level
    • Initiatives and measuring impact and change.
    • Experience of equality, diversity and inclusion legislation and policies
    • Experience of working impact fully across different teams, functions and geographies to deliver D&I programmes
