Job Description

• As the VP of Engineering, you will spearhead our engineering department, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence. This includes overseeing our QA and DevOps teams, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement across all engineering functions. You will also play a key role in our transition to a matrix R&D organisation, creating and managing cross-functional squads to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
