Job Description

• To manage assigned Real Estate Finance solutions (REF) and / or workstreams,  for structured Debt Solutions, across the deal lifecycle. To enable the achievement of revenue targets and exceptional client delivery, within the Cape Region. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce
• Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance or  Accounting 

Experience Required - Lending, Real Estate Finance

• At least 5 - 7 demonstrated experience in Real Estate or Property Finance 
• At least 5 - 7 years experience in leading client engagements and negotiations of innovation debt solutions from cradle to grave. This includes conducting financial analysis, report writing and presenting to stakeholders. Reviewing and providing oversight of all quantitative analysis.
• At least 5-7 years understanding and knowledge of local and global Lending products, to effectively develop and present innovative client solutions within the sector.
• At least 5-7 years experience in managing, leading and coordinating deal teams, with a proven track record of delegating and prioritizing tasks through the lending valuation.
• Effectively interrogating and validating financial modelling (e.g. valuations, transactional).
• At least 5-7 years experience in partnering specialist risk / credit areas, to align to business risk management requirements, policies and procedures. Effective portfolio management and monitoring,  to manage risk and exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in working with and interpreting relevant regulatory frameworks within Corporate & Investment Banking
