Warehouse Admin Controller - Upington Dried Fruit Plant at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Stock transport orders between depots. (PO creation, GI, GRV)
• Supplying order numbers to transporters as well as liaising with creditors department with regards to payments
• Compiling Pre Clean and production department Bulk Backflushes.
• Doing analysis of production figures
• Creating Process order
• Doing order confirmations
• Updating monthly Bin tracking Document
• Assist with physical stock count on a monthly basis including SAP transactions.
• Printing of month end stock documents
• SAP Freezebooking
• Enter physical stock on SAP during month end
• Printing of difference lists
• Assist with Functional personnel training
• Assist with hygiene inspections
• Creating purchase orders for fumigation department
• Creating M1 Jobcards
• Identifying and logging of near misses.
• Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum matric - Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 -5 years relevant experience in Administration
• Financial orientated
• Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook. SAP would be an advantage
• Good business communication skills on oral and report writing
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Attention to detail
