Warehouse Manager at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
• Develop and enforce warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to streamline supply chain processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee maintenance and organization of the warehouse to maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
