Warehouse Supervisor at Danté Personnel Recruitment

• We are seeking a suitably qualified Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Malmesbury

R14,000 CTC per month
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (essential).
• Diploma in Warehousing or related field (advantageous).
• 3–5 years' warehouse control experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• 2–3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and warehouse process understanding

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock control.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, variance investigations, and FIFO compliance.
• Manage goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and warehouse documentation.
• Monitor warehouse performance, customer service levels, loading schedules, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, storage practices, and warehouse organization.
• Supervise forklift and reach truck operations and ensure equipment is maintained and safe.
• Analyse operational data, report discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, SHEQ, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
• Lead, support, and monitor warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and performance standards.
