    Warranty Clerk

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing warranty claims processing for our products, ensuring compliance with company policies and enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • This position is critical in maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers while contributing to efficient operational processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and evaluate warranty claims in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
    • Communicate with customers regarding warranty status, documentation requirements, and any additional information needed to support their claims.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve warranty-related issues effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of claims and transactions in the warranty management system.
    • Conduct audits of warranty claims to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the development of reports related to warranty claims and ensure data integrity.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the warranty claim process.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and warranty policies to effectively address customer inquiries.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in a warranty or claims processing role, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sectors.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of assessing warranty claims accurately.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with customers and suppliers.
    • Proficient in using warranty management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in customer service or support roles with a focus on resolution management.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific warranty policies and processes.
    • Additional qualifications in business administration or a related field.
